- Timing: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- 1st Term Examination will commence from 14th July 2026.
- The examination will begin after the Summer Vacation.
- 17th April 2026 is the final date for book sale and result clearance.
- Parents/Guardians are requested to follow the schedule strictly.
- In case of any delay, kindly approach the Principal.

Established on January 26, 1985, St. Francis English Medium School, Hasimara, is run by the Franciscans of the Ranchi Franciscan Society, Jharkhand (Headquarters), a branch of the Third Order Regular of St. Francis of Assisi, Italy. The school serves both tribal and non-tribal children from tea gardens and underprivileged sections of the locality.
As a charitable educational institution, it operates according to its core values and reserves the right to function independently. If the institution is hindered in any way from upholding its mission, it retains the right to discontinue its operations.
